Carole Staff, Special Consultant, has worked in the corporate arena for over 30 years with a variety of corporate and government clients. Carole possesses a broad understanding of the full business cycle and uses this to enhance her projects at Evans Consulting Group. Her specialty is leading complex projects in both IT and Organizational Change. She brings experience in creating and leading teams and understanding organizational needs and requirements. A Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude graduate of Boston University, she also has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Carole also holds a Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute.
Carole loves to travel with her family and can often be found discovering new favorite recipes, knitting, and doing crafts with her grandchildren.
